USFHA has given us the Grant!
Very Exciting Event- Monarch Field hockey has received the USFHA equipment grant!! We will be receiving 8 new hockey sticks, and 36 new balls! It is a true blessing to be supported and now we need to continue to spread the word to develop our players and the team!
We have also received a VERY GENEROUS private donation from Mr.& Mrs. Clemens and Aubrey Arnold. They supported MFH with 5 new player sets!!! 5 sticks, shin guards, balls, and mouthguards! THANK YOU!!!

YMCA's 2nd Field Hockey Clinic was a SUCCESS!
Today's Grassroots Field Hockey Clinic at the Parkland YMCA was a great success.
We had 10 athletes ranging from 5 to 16 years old learning how to play and looking forward to the YMCA's first Field Hockey league. With some of the best coaches in South Florida we are looking to develop the sport here in South Florida.
Monarch Field Hockey's mission promotes the development of confident leaders and and skilled athletes through the sport of Field Hockey.

Monarch Field Hockey
The Monarch Field Hockey Club
was created by Stacey Ross to expose more
athletes in South Florida
to the sport!
Stacey Ross, played field hockey at The Ohio State University
& moved to South Florida in 2003.
Unlike New York, where she grew up, Stacey realized that Florida residents
were not familiar with the sport, & most of the field hockey athletes
were international players.
As a teacher & coach she wanted to expose aspiring athletes to the college Field Hockey scholarship opportunities!
We COACH CLINICS, BUILD CONFIDENCE, HAVE FUN, & PLAY
in competitive tournaments in South Florida!

FREE FIELD HOCKEY CLINIC
Field hockey is a FUN, Worldwide team sport for everyone! Played on a 100 yard field, with 11 players scoring goals by hitting, pushing or flicking with curved sticks and a hard plastic ball.
The International Hockey Federation (FIH) is the global governing body for several regular international tournaments. It is an Olympic sport, with Hockey World Cups, the annual Champions Trophies and World Cups for juniors.
Monarch Field hockey is dedicated to bringing
exposure to the sport & teaching others how to play!
